Our services include, but are not limited to: publishing daily news articles and breaking coverage of AI developments; providing long-form analysis and feature articles; offering a categorized archive of articles organized by topic and sector; distributing weekly email newsletters to subscribers; and making educational resources available to our readership.
The Site may also offer optional premium subscription features that provide enhanced access to certain content, early access to reports, ad-free reading, and exclusive interviews. The specific features, pricing, and availability of premium services are described on the relevant subscription pages and may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services or any part thereof.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of AI News Hub to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content exceed the amount you have paid to AI News Hub, if any, for accessing premium services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if AI News Hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AI News Hub. This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties; or conduct that could create liability or cause reputational harm to AI News Hub.
